This is a good time to explore the world global treasures known as the World Heritage Sites. These significant landmarks are conserved by UNESCO and there are over 1000 of them! Go to: UNESCO World Heritage sites and select a site to research. Name the place and its country, and tell about the significance of the place in the first paragraph. Use the internet to go further into the history. The second paragraph is why you selected that site and how you reacted after reading and researching the place.
